Refund & Return Policy
At Xue Fei Art, every piece is made with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how refunds and returns work across my different products:
Original Paintings & Giclee Prints
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@xuefeiart.com with photos of the damage, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted on originals — please reach out with any questions before purchasing if you're unsure. Giclee prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Personalised Paintings & Commissions
Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they can't be cancelled or refunded once work has begun, except in the case of a genuine fault or error on my part. If you need to make changes to your brief, please get in touch as early as possible — I'll always do my best to accommodate reasonable adjustments before painting starts.
Little XF Letters Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no additional charges — simply contact me or manage your subscription through your account. Since each month's mail is prepared and shipped shortly after the cut-off date, refunds aren't available for the current month once it's been dispatched, but you're welcome to cancel ahead of the next billing cycle anytime.
Everyday items (notebooks, tea towels, postcards, etc.)
These may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact me within 7 days at hello@xuefeiart.com with your order number and photos — I'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as I can.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where goods are faulty, not as described, or don't do what they're meant to do.
